Terms
The agreement between you and Skoolskill, in plain language.
Last updated 22 August 2026.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have a parent or guardian who agrees on your behalf.
Your material stays yours
The notes, photos and files you bring remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them for one purpose: running the service for you — reading them, generating flashcards, questions and lessons, and showing you your progress. That permission ends when you delete the material or close your account.
Only upload material you are allowed to upload. Do not upload someone else's copyrighted textbook wholesale, and do not upload other people's personal information.
What we generate
Flashcards, questions and lessons are written by an AI model from your material. They can be wrong. Check anything that matters against your own notes and your teacher — Skoolskill is practice, not an authority, and it is not a substitute for your course.
Fair use
Do not:
- resell or redistribute the service, or scrape it;
- work around the limits — hearts, plan ceilings, rate limits — or automate the app;
- upload anything illegal, abusive, or designed to break the service;
- use it to cheat where your school forbids it. That is between you and your school, but do not ask us to help.
Free and paid
The free plan has monthly ceilings on AI use and scans. Paid plans raise them; the current prices are on the pricing section and in the app's shop. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your settings — you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Coins, gems, hearts and XP are in-app counters with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, and your material goes with it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are legally barred from doing so.
The legal part
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for grades, exam results or other outcomes. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
TO CONFIRM before launch: the legal entity and registered address, governing law and jurisdiction, the liability cap, refund and statutory withdrawal rights for your markets, and how changes to these terms are notified. This page describes the software honestly; it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
