The idea

A student revising for Friday's test does not need a generic deck on cell biology. They need the six things their teacher actually wrote on the board. So Skoolskill reads your notes — a photo, a PDF, typed text or a lesson video — and writes the practice from those.

What we care about

• Fast enough to use. The first flashcards appear in seconds, while the rest is still being written. A study tool you have to wait for is a study tool you stop opening.
• Practice, not answers. The app drills you and tells you where you are weak. It is not there to do your homework.
• Honest streaks. Streaks and points exist to get you back tomorrow, not to make you feel bad. You can freeze a streak, and hearts come back on their own.
• Your notes stay yours. We do not sell them, and we do not train anybody's general-purpose model on them.
