Percentile को समझें (यह rank नहीं है)

JEE Main कई shifts में होता है, इसलिए raw marks को percentile में normalize किया जाता है ताकि सभी sessions fair रहें:

  • 99 percentile = आपसे नीचे 99% candidates — typically ~10,000-12,000 rank के आसपास

JEE Main और JEE Advanced में क्या फर्क है?

JEE Main (NTA conducts) NIT/IIIT/GFTI admissions के लिए है और percentile-based है; यह साल में दो बार (January और April) होता है। JEE Advanced (IITs conduct) सिर्फ IIT admission के लिए है, साल में एक बार, और सिर्फ top ~2.5 lakh Main qualifiers ही दे सकते हैं। Advanced का pattern Main से कहीं ज़्यादा कठिन है।

कितने attempts मिलते हैं?
